打継性について

■被着体とシーリング材の適切な組み合わせの他に、注意しなければならないのが打継です。材質の異なる部材と部材を打継ぐ際、どうしても異種シーリング材でジョイントしなくてはならない場合が生じます。
本来異種シーリング材の打継ぎは望ましくありませんが、適材適所でシーリング材を選定したり、工場シールなどでやむを得ず異種シーリング材の取り合いが生じます。その際、どちらのシーリング材を先に使用すればよいかの目安を左表に示します。

【注意事項】

1.すべての先打ちシーリング材の打継ぎ面は、事前によく溶剤清掃するか、または、バックアップ材で養生し汚れが付着しないようにしてください。なお、ナイフカットが可能な部位は、ナイフで表面を切除し新しい面を出してください。
2.工場施工の打継ぎは、工場施工後の放置時間や養生の条件などによって接着性が大幅に異なる場合がありますので、弊社までお問い合わせください。
3.目地の交差部や目地の動きの大きい部分（ワーキングジョイント）での打継ぎは避けてください。
